Questions about

Owning a PEAK Elevator™ Franchise

What experience do I need to become a PEAK Elevator™ franchise owner?

Ideally, franchisees will come from within the vertical transportation industry and have some experience with elevator and escalator maintenance, repair and installations. Whether you are an existing elevator company owner already providing services to a current client base, or an individual inspector, consultant, service tech, sales rep, or other industry professional currently working under an employment arrangement, we have program options that suit different candidate profiles. We look for franchise candidates who are hard-working, reliable, and able to build relationships with team members and clients alike. All franchisees will be required to meet all licensing requirements for the location of their franchise that will enable them to perform all of the services offered by PEAK Elevator™.

What is provided as part of the PEAK Elevator™ franchise system?

We will provide one week of training at the PEAK Vertical Transportation Group™ corporate location approximately four weeks before your franchise launch. We will cover general business operations, marketing and selling techniques, and more. PEAK Elevator™ representatives will provide an additional one week of training at your franchise location approximately one week prior to your franchise launch to assist you with on-site support. Also, we will present you with a copy of our confidential operations manual to help you run your business properly on a day-to-day basis, and we will be there to provide remote support, ongoing guidance and answers to questions you may have.
